Alignment - That’s what it’s all about.  When the bones of our skeletal system become misaligned, whether from a traumatic injury or from a lifetime of improper positioning, the result is pain and reduced mobility.  But it is pain that can be alleviated and mobility that can be regained.  Being mindful of the laws of biomechanics, exercises are prescribed to reposition the skeletal system to its intended design.  Joints can move freely and painlessly by eliminating the heat and wear generated by inappropriate skeletal positioning.  Muscles move bone and hold bone in place.  Through training, muscles can be lengthened or shortened which means that we can realign our skeletal system through conscious movement.
